Brian Dederich

Brian Dederich has a strong background in operations management, with over 30 years of experience in various roles. Brian started their career as a Site Manager at Sanofi Bio-Ingredients in 1990. Brian then worked as a Director of Operations at SKW from 1997 to 2000, and later as Director of Operations at Degussa Food Ingredients from 2000 to 2006. Brian then joined Cargill as a Strategic Operations Manager from 2006 to 2010, and later as a Supply Chain Project Manager from 2010 to 2012. Brian then moved to Gehl Foods, Inc. as an Operations Manager from 2012 to 2016. Currently, Brian holds the position of Director of Operations at Briess Malt & Ingredients Co., a position they have held since December 2017.

Brian Dederich holds a Bachelor of Science in Waste Management - Resource Recovery from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Brian also attended Wausau East High School. In 2016, Brian obtained the Six Sigma Lean Green Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
