Rhiannon Hood has over 17 years of work experience in customer success, growth marketing, and sales. Rhiannon began their career in 2004 as a Sr. Loan Officer (Sales) at Fairvalley Financial. In 2008, they joined Dominion Enterprises as a B2B Sales Advertising Sales, where they maximized revenue and grew sales territory using a consultative sales approach. In 2010, they became the Outbound Marketing Manager at DeHood, where they implemented innovative ways to rapidly scale the userbase. In 2011, they founded TechCred, an EdTech start-up bridging the digital divide. In 2013, they became a Growth Marketing Strategist, creating customer-centric plans, spearheading marketing activities, and optimizing processes. In 2018, they joined Makers Empire as a Customer Success Executive SaaS, creating and optimizing B2B and B2C customer success strategies. Finally, in 2022, they became the Customer Success Manager at Bright Funds.

Rhiannon Hood has completed a Design Thinking Certified course from Stanford University and a Communications course from Foothill College. Rhiannon also completed a course from Treehouse in 2012.
