Audrey Thibodeau

Audrey Thibodeau's work experience has been primarily in the technical publications and project management fields. Audrey began their career as a Sr. Training and Documentation Developer at TomTom in 2011. From there, they worked as a Contract Technical Writer at AFL in 2012 and then at EFIPrint in 2013. In 2014, Audrey became the Interim Manager of Technical Publications at ikaSystems, where they managed a team of Technical Writers and implemented Agile practices. Audrey then worked as an Agile Lead at FIS in 2016, leading a bank teller software implementation and implementing new Agile processes. Audrey also served as a ScrumMaster for global development teams at FIS in 2016-2017. In 2018, they worked as a Contract Technical Writer at Sealite USA LLC and then as part of National Grid's Program Management Office from 2019-2020. Audrey also served as an Agile Tools Administrator at National Grid during that time. Audrey later became a Project/Product Manager at Sealite from 2020-2021. Finally, in 2021-2022, they worked as a Lead Trainer in Talent Management & Development at National Grid. Recently, Audrey joined Bright Pattern as a Technical Publications specialist in 2022.

Audrey Thibodeau pursued their Bachelor of University Studies degree in Journalism and History at The University of New Mexico from 1997 to 2001. During the same period, they also attended Metropolitan College of Court Reporting, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies. In 2016, Audrey enrolled in Boise State University, where they are expected to complete their Master's degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning by 2023.

Aside from their formal education, Audrey has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. Audrey further enhanced their skills by becoming a Leading SAFe certified professional in January 2019, and later achieved the designation of Certified SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant in April 2020, both from Scaled Agile, Inc. Audrey has also completed numerous online certifications, including Introduction to Digital Twins, Digital Transformation, Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, Communicating in the Language of Leadership, Conflict Resolution Foundations, Improving Your Conflict Competence, and Improving Your Leadership Communications. These online certifications were obtained through different institutions, primarily LinkedIn, between 2021 and 2022.
