Samantha Lawrence

Samantha Lawrence has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Samantha started their career at Convalarium At Indian Run as an Activities Assistant, where they led daily activities for residents and conducted facility tours. Samantha also served as the Interim Activity Director during a transition period. Later, they worked at Kenyon College as an Admissions Interviewer and Overnight Hosting Coordinator, where they interviewed prospective candidates, created reports, and answered questions about the college. Samantha then joined Drew University as an Admissions Intern, where they interviewed and rated prospective students and addressed parents' inquiries. At Erickson Living, they served as a Programs Assistant, assessing rehab patients and facilitating group activities for residents. Samantha then joined Sunrise Senior Living as a Reminiscence Coordinator, developing care plans for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia and leading stimulating activities. Samantha eventually became an Executive Director, managing multiple departments and exhibiting a passion for resident-centered care. Currently, Samantha works at Brightview Senior Living, where they have held various roles, including Associate Executive Director, Executive Director, and Regional Director of Operations. In their current position as Regional Vice President of Operations, they oversee operations across multiple communities. Throughout their career, Samantha has demonstrated strong leadership, compassion, and a commitment to providing quality care for senior individuals.

Samantha Lawrence completed their education in a chronological order. Samantha attended Dublin Coffman High School and received a diploma with honors, achieving the distinction of Summa Cum Laude. After high school, they enrolled at Kenyon College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Samantha graduated from Kenyon College in 2006 with the distinction of Magna Cum Laude. Following their undergraduate studies, Samantha Lawrence attended Drew University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Medical Humanities from 2006 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Samantha Lawrence obtained a Certified Assisted Living Administrator certification from the New Jersey Department of Health in December 2009. Furthermore, they earned a Certified Dementia Practitioner certification from the NCCDP (National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners) in May 2022.
