Andrew Scharf

Andrew Scharf is an experienced Operations Manager at British Land since July 2017, responsible for developing and implementing management strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance in operational policies. Prior roles include Retail Central Services Manager at Broadgate Estates, where leadership and staff training were pivotal, and various property management positions, including Property Manager at Green Park Reading and Assistant Building Manager at No 1 Poultry. Prior experience includes building coordination at Carillion and facilities support at Amey, as well as technical support at Electronic Arts. Andrew is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology at The Open University, expected to complete in June 2024.
