Shannon Fitzpatrick

Shannon Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shannon began their career as a Teacher at the School District of Hillsborough County/H.B. Plant High School in Tampa, FL, where they taught Secondary Social Science from 2005 to 2008.

In 2008, Shannon joined Kforce Inc as a Training Operations Specialist and later served as a Project Coordinator and an Account Executive. Shannon was promoted to Director in 2013 and then to Senior Director in 2015. In these roles, Shannon led a team of Account Managers and Recruiters, overseeing office staffing, training, and team member career development. Shannon excelled in prioritizing accounts and job orders while ensuring task completion.

Following their tenure at Kforce Inc, Shannon joined Hays in 2015 as a Sales Manager and then became a Division Director in 2018. Shannon held this position until 2021 and played a key role in driving sales success and managing a division.

In 2021, Shannon joined ManpowerGroup as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they leveraged their expertise to attract and acquire top talent for the organization.

In 2022, Shannon took on the role of Partner, Talent & Career Strategist at EnabledForce, contributing their strategic insights and partnering with clients to provide valuable talent solutions.

Currently, Shannon holds the position of Head of Sales at Broadstaff. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving revenue growth. Shannon also briefly served as the Managing Director at Broadstaff.
