Nick Davies has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Nick began as an intern at Harbottle & Lewis in June 2016, followed by an internship at Freeths LLP in January 2017. Nick then worked as a paralegal at UnitedLex Corporation from November to December 2016, and later joined the Financial Conduct Authority as a paralegal from March to September 2017. While at FCA, they also served as an intern at Paul Hastings in July 2017. Nick then became a trainee solicitor at Brown Rudnick LLP in September 2017 and was subsequently promoted to the role of corporate associate in 2019. Additionally, they had a brief secondee role at Zenzic Capital from July to August 2018.

Nick Davies attended Shrewsbury School from 2004 to 2009. Nick then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Politics & Philosophy at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Birmingham and completed a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDip) from 2012 to 2013. Davies continued their studies at the University of Birmingham, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from 2013 to 2014. Later, in 2015 to 2016, they attended The University of Law and completed a Legal Practice Course (LPC) and an MSc in Law, Business and Management.
