Director, Strategic Initiatives at Bruxie

Rich DeAugustinis has extensive work experience, starting in 1988 with a co-op position at NASA, where they worked on wind tunnel design and superconductor testing. Rich then joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1989 and held various roles, including Director of Business Integration & IT, International Marketing Manager for Europe & Africa, and Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Business Development for the McDonald's Division. In these positions, they led global strategy, business development, and information technology initiatives. Rich also served as the Executive Assistant to the President and Director of Global Strategy & Planning for the McDonald's Division. In 2021, Rich founded their own company, DeAugustinis Associates LLC, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer. Recently, in 2023, they also took on the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives at Bruxie - The Original Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich.

Rich DeAugustinis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies between 1986 and 1992. In 2001, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for the Executive Development Program (Mini MBA), earning a certificate. Additionally, Rich has obtained certifications in "Rare Advocacy Learning - Making an Impact on State and Local Policy" from the EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases in June 2022 and in "Coca-Cola SUMMIT 2.0: Leader of Leaders" from Harvard Business Publishing in October 2019.
