Rebecca Phillips Lee

Rebecca Phillips Lee has significant work experience in the healthcare industry. Rebecca currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Practice Administrator for BayCare Medical Group Cardiovascular Service Line at BayCare Health System from May 2020 to November 2021.

Before their role at BayCare Health System, Rebecca held multiple positions at INTEGRIS Health. Rebecca was the Director of Access, INTEGRIS Medical Group from January 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, they served as the Operations Manager, INTEGRIS Medical Group from January 2017 to December 2018, and as an Administrative Resident from January 2016 to December 2016.

Rebecca also has experience from Trinity University, where they pursued their MHA degree and was a Trinity University MHA Candidate from August 2014 to December 2016. Lastly, they gained valuable experience as a Marketing, Communication, and Public Relations Intern at Texas Health Resources from May 2012 to May 2014.

Rebecca Phillips Lee, MHA received their Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communication from Texas Christian University, completing their studies between 2010 and 2014.
