Jason Kegerreis

Jason Kegerreis leads BCforward's recruiting efforts supporting the business units. He oversees the recruitment strategy and enables scalable processes as BCforward seeks to build on its foundation to achieve the client’s objectives. Additionally, he will be a key contributor to the innovation focus as we leverage technology to enhance BCforward's candidate experience.

Jason rejoins the BCforward team with more than 10 years of experience in recruiting and recruiting management. Most recently, he led recruiting as a Sr. Staffing & Recruiting Manager at a Fortune 100 Company.

Jason earned an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS from the University of Indianapolis.
