El Hadji Malick Thiam

El Hadji Malick Thiam has a work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. El Hadji Malick started their career as a Customer Service Agent at International Logistics in 2013 and worked there until 2014. El Hadji Malick then joined Amazon as a Quality Control employee from 2014 to 2016. After that, they worked at Paychex as a Payroll Specialist from 2016 to 2017. Following their time at Paychex, they moved on to Stericycle as a Payroll Administrator in 2017 and stayed until 2018. Currently, they are employed at BCforward, where they started as a Timesheet Admin in 2018 and later transitioned into the role of Time Lead/ Payroll Specialist in 2022.

El Hadji Malick Thiam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Cheikh A.D University of Dakar in the years 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from IUPUI. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Indiana University Indianapolis, majoring in Public Management. In 2021, Malick obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services. El Hadji Malick is also currently pursuing a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera, scheduled to be completed in 2023.
