Tom Franz

Tom Franz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development within the staffing and recruiting industry. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at BCforward since April 2017, Tom transitioned to BCforward following the acquisition of entero, where Tom was a Partner and previously held the position of Director of Business Development from July 2006 to March 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Sales Representative at GlaxoSmithKline from December 2003 to July 2006, where Tom was responsible for sales expansion and market share growth, and working as an Executive Recruiter at Ajilon in 2002-2003. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
