Murad S. Shah has over three decades of experience in various leadership roles. Murad S. began their career at Emitac, where they worked in entry-level positions and quickly advanced to roles such as Chief Accountant and Systems Officer. At BMO Harris Bank, they held various positions, including Assistant Vice President, Trust Officer, and Financial Analyst. Notably, they developed a macro-based reconciliation system for clients' retirement savings plans. At State Street, Murad served as an Operations Officer, leading conversion projects and training client teams. Murad S. then joined Mercer as a Client Manager, where they led multiple teams in delivering recordkeeping and administrative services for retirement savings plans. At Xerox, they held roles such as Director of Client Services and Director of VP, Products, leading teams in service delivery and implementing innovative self-service features. Finally, at Buck, they served as the Principal - US Operating Officer and Global Operations Team Leader, overseeing strategic assistance to leadership and stakeholders in global locations, implementing Lean Six Sigma principles, and developing team members. Murad S. Shah holds a Master of Commerce degree in Management from the University of Mumbai. Murad S. also completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Auditing from the same university. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from AICPA, a Chartered Management Accountant from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK (CIMA), a Distinguished Toastmaster from Toastmasters International, and a Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
