Marcelo de Faria

Marcelo De Faria is the Head of Talent APAC at Bunzl Australasia, responsible for managing talent acquisition, training, development, and shared services across Australia & New Zealand. Prior to his current role, Marcelo held leadership positions in HR and logistics in companies such as The Kraft Heinz Company, Louis Dreyfus Company, Vale, and Rumo. He holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Kaplan Business School and has a strong educational background in business administration, logistics, and engineering.
