Michelle Finneran

Michelle Finneran has worked in various roles in the HR and People Operations fields since 2014. Michelle began their career as an HR/Legal Recruiting Specialist at Reed Smith LLP in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Interplay Ventures as a Talent Manager. In 2017, they joined Founder Shield as Director of People Operations and then People Operations Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined Burrow as Director of People and Culture and then Head of People and Culture.

Michelle Finneran obtained a Bachelor's degree from Villanova University between 2010 and 2014. In 2012, they also studied abroad at DIS, focusing on Communication and Media Studies. In 2018, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (PHR\u00ae) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
