Patrick Willome

Patrick Willome has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Patrick started their career at MarketHOLD Productions and PAETEC as a Media and PR Intern and MarCom Intern, respectively. In 2009, they joined Wegmans Food Markets as an Internet Project Team Intern, where they coordinated multiple projects and ensured quality web-based solutions for customers.

Later, they joined Butler/Till and held multiple positions, including Media Assistant, Media Buyer, Lead Media Planner, Operations Supervisor, and Data Management Supervisor. In the role of Data Management Supervisor, they developed an initial data infrastructure for franchise media packages and later transitioned to custom software development for efficient data management. Patrick then served as the Associate Director and later the Director of Data Management, where they oversaw departmental operations and drove improvements in efficiency and employee development.

In their most recent role as the Director, Strategic Vendor Management, Patrick was responsible for elevating agency vendor relationships and optimizing workflow processes.

Patrick then moved on to become the Director, Digital Marketing Operations at Digital Hyve, where they leveraged their digital marketing expertise to further contribute to organizational success. Patrick is currently working as the Director of Operations at Butler/Till.

Patrick Willome obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Nazareth University in the years 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they hold multiple certifications in areas such as Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Content Marketing Foundations, Creating Great First Impressions, and others, obtained through LinkedIn.
