Martin Brown

Martin Brown has a diverse work experience in the legal and corporate finance sectors. Martin began their career as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright in 2003 and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Consultant and Head of Business & Finance at Ince & Co in Singapore. Martin then became a Partner and Head of Business and Finance at Ince & Co from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Stephenson Harwood LLP as a Partner until 2021. Martin then worked at Foreguard Shipping as a Director from 2017 to the present. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Corporate Finance at BW Offshore starting in 2021.

Martin Brown holds an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford. Martin also completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Additionally, they possess certifications including Senior Accredited Director from the Singapore Institute of Directors and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Martin is also a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales.
