Sarah W.

Sarah W. has a diverse work experience spanning over the course of almost two decades. Sarah began their career as a Veterinary Nurse at the RSPCA in 2002 and subsequently worked as an HR Administrator at Luxfer Gas Cylinders. Sarah then joined ClearStart as an HR Assistant and later worked at Pendragon PLC as an HR and Operations Advisor, managing all Stratstone dealers in the North. Sarah then moved on to Loxam Access Limited, where they held roles as the UK HR and Personnel Development Manager and HR Manager. In 2016, they became a Field HR Business Partner at The Car Finance Company (2007) Limited before joining Magna International as the Group HR, Compensation & Benefits Manager and later as the Regional HR Director for Western Europe. Sarah then worked at Prestige HR as a Director and Principal HR Consultant and is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at BWB Consulting Ltd. Sarah's experience covers various aspects of HR, including business partnering, organization development, change initiatives, talent management, and employee relations.

Sarah W. has an extensive education history. Sarah attended Redhill Comprehensive School from 1997 to 2002, where they completed their high school education. In 2002, they enrolled at the Bestco Training Centre and obtained an NVQ Level 3 in Animal Welfare and Management. This was followed by their enrollment at Dales Agriculture and Rural Training in 2004, where they achieved an NVQ Level 4 in Animal Welfare and Management. In 2008, Sarah attended West Nottinghamshire College, where they obtained a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice. Continuing their education at the same college, they completed a CIPD Human Resource Management Diploma in 2013 and 2014. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Workplace Mediation from ACAS. Sarah's educational journey culminated with their enrollment at the University of Leicester from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Law.
