Ashley Haupt

Ashley Haupt is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Algorithm Controls Engineer at BWI Group since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Senior Controls Engineer at Drive System Design from October 2023 to September 2024 and spent seven years at Ford Motor Company, where positions included Lead SIL Test Engineer and Driveline Controls Engineer. Notably, Ashley excelled in model-based design software controls for electric all-wheel drive systems, developed advanced calibration tools, and supported cross-functional teams in powertrain calibration. Ashley's engineering career began with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, complemented by various internships and leadership roles throughout the academic journey.
