Shubham Malhotra

Shubham Malhotra has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Shubham is currently working as a Customer Key Flows Consultant at byrd, where they manage client onboarding, supports with setup and shop integration, and serves as a liaison between external customers and internal teams. Prior to this, they worked at Hive as an Operations Associate, handling inbound and outbound operations, warehouse management, and leading a team for order fulfillment and CX operations. Shubham also gained experience as a Logistics Associate at Amazon Logistics, focusing on effective management of goods flow and inventory, and providing training to new recruits. Shubham has also worked as a Process Engineer at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited, where they played a leading role in expanding the company's product portfolio and increasing refining productivity. In addition, they have worked as an Associate Software Engineer at CGI, monitoring real-time data and ensuring its flow for a client. Before that, they gained internship experience at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in both project and logistics roles.

Shubham Malhotra obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Petroleum/ Chemical Engineering from UPES, completing this program from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Berlin Professional School - HWR Berlin from 2018 to 2019.
