Sandro Burkhardt

Sandro Burkhardt has over 15 years of experience in human resources, starting with a position as an HR consultant at PKS Personal & Kaderselektion AG from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Syngenta, before moving on to become the Global HR Business Partner and Director of Corporate Human Resources at Straumann Group from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they held the role of HR Business Partner at Syngenta from 2013 to 2014. Most recently, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Universitäts-Kinderspital beider Basel from 2014 to 2019 before transitioning to their current role as the Head of Human Resources and HR Lead Custom Manufacturing at CABB in 2019.

Sandro Burkhardt's education history starts in 2002 when they attended FHNW - Betriebsökonomie. Sandro studied Finance and General Management and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Betriebsökonom FH. In 2008, Sandro pursued further education at AKAD - Personalfach, focusing on Personalleitung/Personalverwaltung, allgemein. Sandro completed their diploma in 2009. After a gap in their education, Sandro returned to school in 2017 and completed a program in CAS Coaching & Mentoring at Coaching Zentrum Olten in 2019.
