A.p. Christopher Seth

Christopher Seth, LEED A.P. has a strong and diverse work experience in the development, design, and construction industry. Christopher currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Development at Cabo Del Sol. Previously, they served as Vice President at Montage International from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Viceroy Hotel Group in various roles including AVP Design & Construction and Director from 2012 to 2019. In their early career, they worked as a Development Manager at The Beck Group and a Project Manager at Viceroy Hotel Group. Christopher also gained experience as a Development Consultant at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and a Project Manager at Toll Brothers.

Christopher Seth, LEED A.P., completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University, which they pursued from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they enrolled at the same institution to pursue a Master of Science degree in Development, which they successfully completed in 2000.
