Laura Silva, MBA HRM, GPHR, is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Management and Development Leader at Cabot Corporation since 2021, Laura has held significant roles at Teradyne as Global Director of HR Learning and Organizational Development, and at Smith & Nephew as HR Director of Global Talent Development COE.
