Sean Dwyer

Sean Dwyer, CEPC, is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef currently at Cache Creek Casino Resort since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dwyer held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club from May 2017 to July 2023. Previous experience includes positions as Pastry Chef at THE GOLF CLUB AT PALMIRA INC, Fiddler's Creek, and Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, along with serving as Bakery Manager at Whole Foods Market and Pastry Chef at Naples Grande Beach Resort and The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples. Dwyer earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts from 1999 to 2000.
