Chris McHugh

Chris McHugh has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chris started their career at General Motors Saginaw Steering Systems as a Program Engineer, where they worked on international projects and served as a technical liaison. Chris then joined Ford Motor Company, initially as a Superintendent of Operations and later took on the role of 6-Sigma Master Black Belt, responsible for deploying 6-Sigma methodologies and training employees. McHugh then moved to the Barnes Group, Inc., where they held positions as a Division General Manager and Plant Manager, overseeing various aspects of operations and achieving significant sales revenue. Chris then joined Energizer as the Director of Operations, managing global operations and P&L responsibility for the Industrial/Medical Division. After that, they worked at Tenneco as a Plant Manager, responsible for strategic planning and risk management in the North American aftermarket. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain at Bemis Company, Inc., managing a $4B+ global supplier of flexible packaging. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Cadence Inc., a precision device and component manufacturer for various industries.

Chris McHugh has a strong educational background in the fields of business management, electrical engineering, mathematics, and physics. Chris attended Columbia Business School, where they pursued executive education in business management. It is not specified when they completed this program. In 1996, they enrolled at the University of Michigan and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, which they completed in 1997. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, Chris McHugh attended Michigan Technological University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics.
