Victoria Guggenheim has over 29 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Victoria is currently serving as the Head of Innovator and Vice President, Clinical Systems at CAIPA MSO, where they are responsible for operational and financial aspects of the Innovator program. Victoria also participates in strategic and business development activities for the MSO. Prior to that, Victoria worked as the Founder of The Guggenheim Group.

In 2019, Victoria joined EmblemHealth as the Vice President of Service Delivery and later became the Vice President of Transformation & Growth. Victoria Guggenheim has a solid educational background in the field of healthcare administration and executive coaching. Victoria then pursued a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree at Western Connecticut State University, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

In 2016, Victoria attended Columbia University to obtain an Executive Coaching Certification through their Executive Coaching Certification Program. This program equipped their with the necessary skills and expertise to become an executive coach.

To further enhance their professional qualifications, Victoria obtained the Columbia Credential Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) certification in January 2017 from Teachers College, Columbia University. This certification affirmed their proficiency and competence in executive coaching.
