Whitney Demery has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Whitney is currently working at Calabrio, Inc. where they started as a Global HR Operations Manager in September 2021 and has steadily progressed to become the Director and then Senior Director of Global HR Operations. Prior to Calabrio, Inc., they worked at Amplifon as a Sr. Manager HR Business Partner and then as an HR Operations & Analytics Manager. Before that, they held positions at Preferred Medical Holdings/accessHR as an HR Business Partner, PICO Holdings, Inc. as an HR Generalist, Vail Resorts as an HR Generalist and Benefits Analyst, and Mike's Camera, Inc. as an HR Manager. Whitney also worked at BEP Colorado Restaurants as a Benefits Manager and at Sugar Land Marriott Town Square as an HR Generalist. Whitney has a proven track record in strategic HR management, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and payroll and benefits administration.
