Vickie McGovern

Vickie McGovern has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Vickie started their career at Nortel in 1995, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of the Symposium Global Applications & Professional Services Team. In 1998, they joined Nortel Networks as Director of Unified Communications Product Marketing. Vickie'snext move was to Cisco in 2004, where they worked as Director of Unified Communications Marketing. From 2006 to 2008, they served as VP of Solutions & Marketing at Avaya, leading teams in Unified Communications and Contact Center product/solutions and services marketing. Vickie then joined NICE in 2009 as the Director of the Cisco Global Alliance and was responsible for managing the global relationship between NICE and Cisco. In 2014, they became the Global Director of the Cisco Alliance at eGain Corporation. In 2015, they joined Cisco again as the Commercial Aviation Practice Leader. In 2017, they worked as a Sr. Collaboration Consultant at Verizon before joining Calabrio, Inc. in 2018 as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Vickie's work experience includes a diverse range of roles with a focus on strategic partnerships, alliances, and marketing in the technology industry.

Vickie McGovern attended George Mason University, where they studied Journalism. Vickie also attended a Community College, focusing on criminal justice. Prior to that, they graduated from Falls Church High School. Vickie later returned to George Mason University to continue their studies in Journalism.
