Katie Pierce Mack

Katie Pierce Mack has extensive experience in talent development, organizational training, and human resources. Katie currently holds the position of Director, Talent (Global) at Calderys. Previously, they worked as the Director of Talent Development at HarbisonWalker International and as the Manager of Organizational Training Development at the same company. Prior to that, they served as the Recruiting & Employee Development Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. and as a Senior Talent Development Consultant at Westinghouse Electric Company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the State of Connecticut and as an Assessment Services Manager at IPMA-HR.

Katie Pierce Mack holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on I/O Psychology from Penn State University between 1999 and 2003. In terms of certifications, Katie has obtained various qualifications throughout their career, including a certificate in Executive Presence: Communicating with Impact from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, they hold certifications in areas such as delegation, hiring interview techniques, coaching, employee development, change management, recruiting and onboarding, and DiSC instruction.
