Melissa Bihary has a vast array of experience in various HR leadership roles. Melissa began their career with Ford Motor Company as an HR Intern in 2001. Melissa then moved on to International Paper, where they held roles as an HR Associate in the Leadership Development Program and as an HR Generalist. Melissa joined GE Aviation in 2005, initially working as an HR Manager before becoming a Global HR Manager, responsible for 900 employees across multiple countries. Melissa then transitioned to The Kraft Heinz Company/HJ Heinz as an HR Business Partner, eventually becoming the HR Leader for all Heinz North American technical functions. Melissa continued to advance their career, joining OPW, a Dover Company, as the Director of Talent and Total Rewards, and later moving to Dover Corporation as the Director of Talent for the Dover Fluids division. Most recently, Melissa worked at HarbisonWalker International as the Vice President of People and Organizational Effectiveness before their current role as Chief People Officer at Calderys, where they are responsible for the global human capital strategy.

Melissa Bihary completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a Business Emphasis, at Penn State University. Following this, they enrolled in The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations in 2001.

In terms of additional certifications, Melissa Bihary became a Certified Targeted Selection Trainer in 2010 through Development Dimensions International. Melissa acquired their Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the General Electric Six Sigma Organization in 2007 and became a Kaizen Lean Master in 2005 through the George Group/International Paper Co. Melissa also holds certifications in Change Acceleration Process (CAP) from The General Electric Company and is a MBTI Certified Facilitator from CPP Inc.
