Head of Customer Success at Calendly

Katie Christian has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Katie is currently the Head of Customer Success at Calendly since February 2020. In September 2020, they became a Member of the Emerging Leaders Syndicate. From November 2018 to May 2021, they founded and worked as a Consultant at KK Consulting, specializing in strategy, execution, and advisory services for B2B tech companies, with a focus on Go To Market and Customer Success.

Prior to that, Katie served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Success at AODocs from January 2019 to October 2019. Katie was responsible for creating the customer success function and successfully revamped the inbound lead process, achieving a 4x increase in lead conversions within 6 months.

Before AODocs, Katie held various positions at SalesLoft. Katie served as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts from March 2018 to November 2018, where they helped transform companies into modern sales organizations using SalesLoft's sales engagement platform. Katie also grew the Customer Success function from $2M to $20M in two years as the Vice President of Customer Success from July 2015 to February 2018. Additionally, they played a key role as the Director of Customer Service from September 2014 to July 2015, leading a team during a period of significant company growth. Katie began their tenure at SalesLoft as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for developing retention strategies and managing client accounts.

Earlier in their career, Katie worked at Servcorp USA as a Center Manager in Miami from December 2010 to January 2014 and as a Regional Manager in New York from November 2011 to June 2012. Katie started their professional journey as a Marketing Representative at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness Center from January 2004 to August 2009.

Katie Christian obtained an Associate degree in Marketing Management from Bristol Community College between 2005 and 2008. Katie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Barry University, completing it from 2008 to 2010.
