Vivian Keys is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, real estate investment, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Residential Real Estate Investor and Property Manager at Various LLC, Vivian specializes in transforming suburban single-family homes into multi-state investments using 1031 exchanges. Concurrently, Vivian manages corporate financial planning and analysis for PCCW Media Limited, focusing on legacy media streaming operations and industry analyses involving major players like Netflix and Disney. As Treasurer and Board Member for both California Shakespeare Theater and Silicon Valley Shakespeare, Vivian leads financial planning and cash management initiatives. Previous roles include key positions in FP&A at Align Technology, Symantec, and Seagate Technology, as well as founding Keys to China, a platform connecting senior-level professionals with opportunities in China.
