Shannon McGovern

Shannon (Ding) McGovern is an experienced professional with a focus on community and government affairs. Currently serving as a Community and Government Affairs Specialist at California Water Service Company since July 2016, Shannon previously held the position of President at SD Consulting Services, where the focus was on external affairs and community relations. Additionally, Shannon worked as an External Affairs Consultant for AT&T, managing relationships with stakeholders and government officials to promote the company's priorities.
