Mallory Contois

Mallory Contois is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in community building, operations, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Community & Mercury Raise at Mercury since January 2023, Mallory developed a founder success platform aimed at enhancing equitable access to fundraising and mentorship for early-stage founders. As the Founder & Moderator of The Old Girls Club, Mallory has successfully built a Slack community with over 1.5k paying members. Other roles include Course Creator & Instructor at Reforge, Advisor at NEW INC, Scout for Accel specializing in pre-seed investments, and leadership positions at Metafy and Cameo. Mallory's career also includes significant contributions at Biproxi and Compass, where operational leadership and scaling initiatives were key achievements. Mallory holds a B.A. in Consumer & Organizational Psychology from Duke University.
