Position: Full-time
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK
To note you could be working at our main Wiltshire location or alternative location in our south coast-based sister companies.
Salary Range: £35,000-£45,000 per annum depending on relevant experience.

About the Role
As a Senior Accountant you will work within the wider Finance Team with responsibility for the day-to-day monitoring and reporting of overhead cost centres, across the business for various divisions.
You will play a crucial, proactive role in supporting the finance team to deliver quality information, in a timely manner, and to assist the leadership team in their decision making.
Responsibilities
Pulling together the information from budget holders to ensure the cost centres accurately reflect all relevant costs
Ensure that all costs are in line with their expected spend
Providing regular reviews of individual Cost Centres with Budget Holders.
Responsible for production of Cost Centre reports
Take ownership of all system updates for respective overhead cost centres
Assistant with financial and tax audits
Investigating and resolving account discrepancies
Provide insight to key stakeholders on significant variances
Work closely with key stakeholders to plan and forecast future expenditure
Responsible for completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigation, and resolution of discrepancies
Managing and reconciling Purchase Orders
Providing support to purchase ledger function as required
Providing financial analysis support as required for the team
Provide cover for other members of the finance team as necessary
Ad-hoc project work as and when required
Perform other related duties as required
About You
Qualifications: Qualified in ATT, CIMA, ACCA OR ACA desirable

Must be a British Citizen or must have an existing right to work in the UK and have been a UK resident for 5 years.
Ability to hold UK security clearance.
