Christopher DeLange has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christopher started their career at Hershey Corporation as a Quality Control Project Leader before moving to Ernst & Young, where they served as a Senior in Business Risk Services. At Booz Allen Hamilton, they worked as a Summer Associate, gaining valuable experience in strategic consulting. Christopher then joined Booz & Company as an Associate, providing strategic insight to clients in various industries. Following that, they worked at FTI Consulting as a Senior Consultant, supporting clients in financial distress. Christopher then joined Ernst & Young again, this time as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, advising corporations on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Christopher then transitioned to Carrizo Oil & Gas, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Budgeting & Capital Analysis and Vice President & Treasurer. Christopher then moved to their current role as Director of Financial Controls at Callon Petroleum, where they led the harmonization of policies, processes, and technology following the merger with Carrizo Oil & Gas. Christopher also has a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Virginia. Additionally, Christopher DeLange is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both California and Texas.
