Linda Bennett-Staresinich

Linda Bennett-Staresinich, SHRM-CP, has over 15 years of management experience in various HR roles. Linda is currently the Director of HR at Caltrol Inc., where they apply their expertise to all areas of Human Resources, aiming to make the organization a best-in-class organization with a focus on employee experience. Prior to this, Linda held the positions of HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Caltrol Inc.

Before joining Caltrol Inc., Linda worked at ACP Sales West, LLC as a Payroll/Benefits Administrator, where they processed bi-weekly payroll for 250 employees and handled accounts payable for multiple business units. Linda also worked at Norgren Kloehn as a Payroll/Accounts Payable specialist, processing payroll for 170 employees and managing accounts payable.

Earlier in their career, Linda served as a Staff Accountant at Heniff Transportation, where they handled payroll for company employees and independent contractors. Linda also worked at Standard Parking, first as a Staff Accountant, managing payroll and accounts payable, and later as an Audit Supervisor, overseeing payment transactions for the O'Hare Airport parking structure.

Linda's extensive work experience demonstrates their proficiency in HR management, payroll processing, accounts payable, and audit supervision.

Linda Bennett-Staresinich, SHRM-CP, pursued their education from 1987 to 1989 at Eastern Illinois University, focusing on the field of study in Speech Communications. Furthermore, in December 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
