Before joining G2 Venture Partners, Leia worked at OMERS, where they held various roles including Director of Investments Europe & Asia Pacific, Investments Europe & Asia Pacific, and Investments & Finance Canada from 2013 to 2020. During their time at OMERS, they executed transactions totaling C$8Bn and played a key role in the expansion of Oxford Properties Group's business across Europe and Asia.
