Emma Skoogh has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Emma started their career at Phileas Fogg as a Hovmästare (Head Waiter) from October 2010 to September 2011, before being promoted to Restaurangchef (Restaurant Manager) from September 2011 to April 2012. Emma then joined Netto Sverige as a Biträdande butikschef (Deputy Store Manager) from October 2013 to October 2017, and subsequently as a Butikschef (Store Manager) from October 2017 to May 2019. Emma then transitioned to Cambio Group, where they served as an Associate Human Resources Generalist from May 2019 to April 2022. In this role, they worked broadly with HR Core activities in Sweden and Denmark, with responsibilities such as payroll administration, employee and manager support, contract and agreement management, employee training, and various other HR and payroll related tasks. Emma was later promoted to the role of People Success Generalist, which they held from April 2022 to June 2023. Currently, they are working as a Learning Designer at Cambio Group, starting in June 2023.

Emma Skoogh attended TUC Yrkeshögskola from 2019 to 2020. Emma studied in the field of Lönespecialist, but did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
