Harinder Soin

Harinder is the firm’s Chief Data Officer, with a focus on implementing and overseeing the firm’s data strategy, governance, and execution. He joined Cambridge Associates in 2016, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in leading enterprise data architecture and designing IT applications and client reporting solutions in the investment management industry.

Prior to Cambridge Associates, Harinder worked for Wellington Management, where he was Vice President of Investment Data. He is a member of theGlobal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. He is also an active mentor in the community, sharing his experience and insights with many colleagues around the firm.
