Babs Ryan

Babs Ryan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Babs currently holds the position of SVP, Innovation at Cambridge Consultants, where they are involved in product design, development, and groundbreaking innovation across multiple sectors. Prior to this, Babs served as a Board Director at Workers Credit Union and as the CEO and Chief Innovation Officer at Sparks Worldwide. Babs also worked as the Group Vice President of Business Development, Digital Transformation at Publicis Groupe and as an Analyst and Head of Consumer and Retail Consulting at Forrester. Babs has held leadership positions at ThoughtWorks and PwC, and they have also served as the CEO and Chief Innovation Officer at Sparks Worldwide. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Innovation Officer and Board Chair of Division at GE Capital and worked as a Management Supervisor at DRAFTFCB INTERACTIVE. Overall, Babs has a strong background in innovation, strategy, business development, and consulting.

Babs Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Babs also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English with a minor in Business from the American International College. Additionally, Babs has completed several certifications, including "The Factors that Influence the Effectiveness of Boards and the Governance Process" from The State University of New York, as well as memberships in the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) and the Private Directors Association® Boston Chapter. In 2020, they earned the title of International C-Suite Executive from the International Executive Resources Group (IERG). Babs also completed Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from GE Capital.
