Janhavi Nikharge

Janhavi Nikharge is a skilled professional with extensive experience in graphic design and creative leadership. Currently serving as Creative Lead and Graphic Designer at Mott MacDonald since April 2021, Janhavi is responsible for producing and safeguarding brand materials across the South Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions, while also facilitating collaboration between global and local designers and external agencies. Concurrently, Janhavi contributes to Cambridge Education by reviewing and creating design collateral aimed at enhancing educational outcomes. Previous experience includes graphic design roles at RMIT University and TBWA\India, where Janhavi developed a diverse skill set in both digital and print media. Educational qualifications include a Master of Communication Design from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Art from Sir J J Institute of Applied Art.
