Joyce Holland

Joyce Holland has a strong background in credit administration and commercial credit. Joyce started their career at Citizens Bank in 2001 as an AVP, Loan Officer. In 2011, they joined Optima Bank & Trust as a VP, Senior Commercial Credit Officer. In the same year, they also took on the role of Manager of Commercial Credit and Administration at Cambridge Trust Company. Currently, Joyce holds the position of Associate Director of Credit Administration at Cambridge Trust Company, a role they have held since January 2021.

Joyce Holland obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics/Modern Languages from Fairfield University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued further education at UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
