Crispin Stephens has extensive work experience in the marketing field. Crispin began their career with Pernod Ricard in 2000 as a Marketing Manager, where they managed a portfolio of wines and spirits and achieved a significant increase in net profit. Crispin later became the Marketing Director at United Wineries before joining Organix Brands Ltd as a Marketing Manager. At Organix, they achieved impressive sales and profit growth for the snacks business and led successful marketing campaigns. Stephens then worked at Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands as the Head of Customer Marketing, where they managed a team and successfully implemented various marketing activations and partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of Director Customer Marketing at Campari Group.

Crispin Stephens obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Newcastle University, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997. Prior to this, they attended Tonbridge School from 1988 to 1993, focusing on History, Geography, and Religious Studies without earning a degree.
