Célia Pronto

Celia Pronto has a diverse work experience, with roles spanning various industries and positions of leadership. Celia has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Remuneration/Nomination Committees at Campden BRI and as a Non-Executive Director at Hostmore plc. Celia has also held the position of Non-Executive Director, Remuneration Committee Chair, and Employee and Customer Engagement Non-Executive Director at South East Water UK. Furthermore, they have served as a Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair at Moto Hospitality, as well as a Non-Executive Director at Samworth Brothers. Celia is the Founder of The Digital Advisor and is also a Co-Founder of Impact Ventures Group, which focuses on supporting female founders and investors. Celia has previously worked as the Managing Director at Love Home Swap and as the Chief Customer and Digital Officer, and later as the Chief Digital Officer, at Casual Dining Group. Celia's experience also includes serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Yes to Life.

Celia Pronto obtained a degree in Sustainable Marketing, Media & Creative from the University of Cambridge's Institute for Sustainability Leadership in 2022. In 2005, they attended the London Business School to study Developing Strategy for Value Creation. Before that, between 1997 and 1999, Celia pursued an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Hull. Their educational journey began at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they completed a B-Comm degree specializing in Accounting, Management Accounting, and Tax in 1993.
