Adam Rumsey

Adam Rumsey has extensive work experience in the field of sales, account management, and operations. Adam is currently serving as the Global Head of Programs at Candex since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at 3M for multiple roles from 2007 to 2023, including Operations Director - KOL Engagements, Director - Global Strategic Accounts, Global Key Account Manager - Kimberly-Clark, Business Development Manager, and Sales Manager Americas. Before joining 3M, Adam held various positions at the company from 1995 to 2007, such as Global Portfolio Manager, Territory Sales in Carolinas and Arizona/New Mexico/Las Vegas, and Customer Service Representative.

Adam Rumsey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the years 1990 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2005 and 2007. In 2018, they obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
