Wendy Radeka

Wendy Radeka has a diverse work experience in various leadership and HR roles. Wendy is currently working as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Cano Health, a primary care provider and population health company. Previously, they served as the Chief People Officer at Tykes & Teens, where they provided guidance on culture, people relations, and optimized resources to support the agency's growth. Wendy also worked as an Executive Coach and HR Consultant at Talented Leader, offering strategic consulting on talent, leadership, and organizational development. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Director of Talent & Learning at Orlando Health, leading teams and implementing talent strategies across multiple hospitals. Wendy also gained experience in leadership and organizational development at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health. Wendy Radeka completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. Wendy then went on to pursue a Master of Human Resources degree with Honors from Rollins College, which they completed between 2013 and 2015.
