Warren Weekes has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Warren currently serves as the Director of Culinary Operations at Canyon Ranch since January 2022. Before that, they held the same position at Miraval Resorts from March 2019 to September 2022. Warren also briefly worked as a Chef Instructor at Miraval Resorts in March 2019. From 1992 until March 2020, Warren had a long tenure in various roles including Executive Chef, Director of Food and Beverage, and Chef Educator at different companies. Warren also worked as a Chef Instructor at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts from March 2017 to March 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hotel Andaluz from January 2014 to May 2017. Warren started their career as a Chef at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess from March 1988 to July 1994.
Warren Weekes has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Columbia Southern University. Additionally, they have pursued an Associate of Occupational Studies (A.O.S.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
