Sreya Ghosh Oberoi

Sreya Ghosh Oberoi currently serves as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Capgemini in India since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sreya was the Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Employee Engagement at JSW and held various positions at Sodexo, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Head for APAC and India. Sreya's extensive experience in HR spans multiple organizations, including Radius Global Solutions LLC, Veldos LLC, and Global Energy Talent, focusing on HR service delivery, compliance, and talent management. Sreya has academic credentials that include a certification in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, an MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad, and an ongoing MA in Psychology from IGNOU, complemented by a BA in Philosophy from Delhi University.
