Jake Emerson

Jake Emerson has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial real estate (CRE) and commercial and industrial (C&I) lending. Jake is currently working as an SVP, Team Leader - CRE at Capital Bank, N.A. Prior to this, they held the role of SVP, Relationship Manager - CRE and C&I at Founders Bank from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a VP, Relationship Manager - CRE at City National Bank from 2019 to 2020. Jake also has experience at EagleBank, where they held various roles including VP, Relationship Manager - CRE from 2015 to 2019 and Bank Officer, Senior Portfolio Manager - CRE from 2013 to 2015. Jake started their career at PNC as an AVP, Underwriter - C&I from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked at EagleBank in roles such as AVP, Relationship Manager - C&I and Bank Officer, Relationship Manager - C&I. Jake Emerson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in History from Elon University, graduating from 2006 to 2008. Jake also has a BA in History from Marquette University, where they attended from 2004 to 2005. Jake received their high school diploma from the Singapore American School, where they studied from 1992 to 2004. Additionally, they briefly attended The Blake School from 2000 to 2001.
